Using the store

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
• Give us accurate details and keep your account information up to date.
• Do not misuse the store: no unlawful use, no attempts to hack or disrupt it, no automated scraping, and no fraudulent orders.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a shipping confirmation, and we may decline or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error or an out-of-stock item. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
• Prices are shown in [currency] and include any tax shown at checkout. Delivery costs and any import duties or taxes are explained in our shipping policy.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes and weights may vary a little.

Safe use of Purrpod: please read

• Purrpod is a cosy pop-up pod and play ball for cats. It is not a cage, a carrier, a restraint or an escape-proof enclosure, and it is not designed to keep a pet safely contained.
• Use it only while you are watching your pet, and never leave an animal unattended inside it.
• Introduce it gradually and let your cat choose to go in. Stop at once if your pet seems stressed, frightened or unwell.
• Use it on a flat, clear floor, away from stairs, steps, water, heat sources, roads and other animals.
• Check the pod for wear or damage before each use and stop using it if anything is damaged.
• Suitable for cats up to [maximum weight, from your supplier]. Do not use it with other animals or with children inside it.
• You are responsible for your pet's safety and for judging whether Purrpod suits your pet.

Intellectual property

The Purrpod name, logo, designs, images, videos and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The store may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Our responsibility to you

• We supply products with reasonable care and skill, and we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.
• Subject to that, we are not liable for loss caused by misuse of the product, for use that does not follow the safety rules above, or for business losses, lost profits or indirect losses.
• Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Returns, shipping and privacy

Our return and refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory protections and the right to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
